Welcome to Choirsoc for 2009!
Our rehearsals this year will be held on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm. Please arrive by 7.20 so we are ready to begin on time. Rehearsal will go until approximately 9.30pm. Following rehearsal we often go somewhere to get coffee or ice cream, and you are welcome to join us.
The rehearsal location is the dining hall of Rochester and Rutherford Hall of Residence (R&R). R&R is opposite Ilam school, approximately opposite the UCSA, and next door to Tandoori Palace. The address is 77 Ilam Road. To find the dining hall, go in the main entrance of R&R, and turn left inside the door.
You'll need to bring a water bottle, a pencil, and something to keep your music in.
Everyone is welcome, so feel free to bring a friend. There is no audition required, and while the ability to read music is helpful, it is not a prerequisite.
